Kurokami The Animation: Keita is reunited with his old friend Sawamura, now calling himself Kuraki, whom he had long thought dead. Kuraki then explains that he is planning a revolt against Reishin. After seeing how badly Keita was injured before Kuro decides to confront Reishin alone, and runs away. When Keita discovers this he heads after her. Meanwhile, Kuro encounters Makina and finds out that Kakuma has been kidnapped. However, before they can find him he is killed and the portal to the Holy Land is opened. Akane also discovers that she is a substitute.
