Kirstie and Phil's Love It or List It Season 5 Episode 1

In the first episode of a new series, Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer meet the Rowland family in Stoke who are unsure whether to sell their home or renovate their current property instead. Hospital worker Julie is unhappy with their house and longs to live in a spacious character property, but Allen does not think they will find anything better than what they currently have within in their budget. After a decade long debate, can Phil and Kirstie help the pair make the right decision?
