Norway, 2037. While Europe is rocked by chaos, the country has isolated itself and lives self-sufficiently and prosperously. The biologist Esther Winter works in food supply. When contact with a salmon farming platform near Bergen breaks off, alarm bells ring for her. In front of the border walls, where thousands of refugees are waiting, British woman Uma is happy to be able to enter the country with her husband Charlie and their baby.
