North of the Arctic Circle, the sun hardly ever sets in summer. Food is plentiful, but animals and plants face great challenges. Summer is short, and there's little time to raise a new generation. Around the clock, it's all about growing, eating, feeding, and hunting. But lack of sleep, mosquitoes, and the constant threat of predators spread hecticness and stress.
